Try closing the game and turning off your device. Restart your device. Make sure your clock and date are set to automatic and correct. Make sure you have a good Wifi connection. Make sure you App is up to date. Open Candy Crush app again. If the problem continues after all that, then contact player support. You can do so within the App by going into setting (the cogwheel) and choosing one of the questions until you get "contact us" at the bottom of the page. If you get an automated email reply to that and you should get through to someone who can advise you better.
