can someone please help me. i need to know ho to contact support. i paid 19.99 an hr ago. game froze 30 mins later i restarted still nothing. now i log back in and i dont have my time or my gifts. how do i contact facebook i need my refund
There is no question mark under settings. Not even Help. This is from the computer not mobile. It's sad there is no complaint section at all but you have to go through all these steps. icontacted support and they say they dont handle that and I HAVE to email the game developer. I guess I will just dispute this transaction with my bank. i dont have the time to keep searching for non answers for 20.00
