Why does some users see advertisements and get additional boosters. I do not see any advertisements.....therefore get no additional booster. I do not have theses two screen in my game
Playing portrait mode works very well on a phone but on a tablet it is not. The tablet in the portrait mode is very physically unstable. If you are an handicapped person, putting the tablet on a stand in portrait mode makes it unstable and falling often,

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

It is so unfair! My husband and sister inlaw both have this feature for more than 6 months. Tests should be all done by now and everyone should get the same version.
By the way, when is the landscape version coming back?

We are very sorry that you are missing the ad video feature. Actually this feature is controlled by test group which is fully automatic so manual control is not possible in such cases.
Moreover this type of feature is not permanent i.e. you can miss the feature anytime and get back the feature again after a certain period of time.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
