Good morning. In the games I played a few hours ago, I was in the event of getting to pass 9 levels to get the gold

In the ninth level, when I was going to get it, a bug caused it to crash (after getting extra moves by watching advertising videos) and I lost not only the option of winning the gold but everything I had invested to get it
