Black screen of doom

Keep getting a black screen when trying to watch ads to get extra moves even stuck in a level. Also lost guild when trying to continue using that instead. Keep having to close game and restart, getting really frustrated now! I have checked for updates and restarted my device and still no good, please help! Got to the final of the nostalgia event and I'm stuck on my first level!!

Thanks but that thread is from November 22! This issue is still not fixed and is a major problem. It's just happened to me again after building my streak back up, really frustrating....
