Connection problem

On my IPad. Claims I cannot connect to my progress. Stating Connection error. And if I logged in on my phone, progress isn’t the same as my IPad. Seems to be two different accounts even when I’m signing in with my email and password. It’s ruining my game people

     Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    It’s claiming no internet connection on the game from my IPad when I have internet connection for everything else.

    I am still having internet connection issues candy crush won’t let me connect via FB, Apple or King, I have tried everything.

    Everytime I message tech support all I get is the same automated message when I click reply to their email, I get another email too come here,I have tried everything previously messaged to me on here tried everything I can think of nothing works
