I am sorry to hear that you could not collect the Season Pass items that you have purchased! If you contact the King Customer Support team, you should be able to receive the boosters you have paid for.
Please let me know which device you are using to play the game and I will give you proper steps to contact the Customer Support team.

Unfortunately, i still never got the reward on last week's Season Pass. As i mentioned, as soon as I completed all the 20/20 levels, the normal box came up to say "You've completed all levels", then it "boom", it froze on me. Then i restarted it, nothing showed up, not even the word "claim". Yet, i noticed 2 days later that it was crossed off in red as if i had claimed it. No, i didn't claim it, it froze before that. I would really appreciate if i could get my reward. i appreciate poor Kiara telling all of us that the issue has been reported to the Game Team. But nothing is happening.....Squirrelwife
