As per your statement i think your game app is freezing. However I would like to get some more information from you and will report the issue to my team as I also think this may be a new error.

1. What device are you playing the game on?
2. Have you checked if your game app is the latest version?
3. Did you try to get the solution by restarting the game app?
4. Apart from the mentioned problem have you found any other problem in the game like connection problem, lives exchange problem etc.?

I can't select Booster Wheel from today, it defaults into Summer Games yet it shows its available

Try clicking on the very bottom edge of the Booster Wheel card, it works for me.

I can't access the Choco box or Booster wheel. Mine is doing the same thing.
