On my iPad and cell phone, when I try to claim my chocolate box or booster wheel, it opens up Summer Games. Very frustrating. Is this a glitch?

I’m not able to collect the top two tiles. When I click on them, it goes to the Final Summer Games tile above them.

Whenever I try to claim the booster wheel it takes me to summer games. I haven’t been able to collect in two days.
