Chocolate Box crashing game on Android mobile

After winning a random level, the Chocolate Box forcibly appears with the erroneous tally 0/0 and a "grayed out" Continue button. Being unable to click the button leaves me stuck, and I can only restart my device--but then the same dumb error just happens again.

Chocolate Box, Daily Booster Wheel, and Season Pass reward Claim button not working.

For the past few days, when I go to the events tab and try to claim my Chocolate Box bonus, when I tap on Claim it instead opens the top option, the Summer Games info. It does the same if I tap on either option just under the Summer Games top tile. I can't spin or claim my box rewards because of this. Please fix!

That thread does not contain mention of the specific issue I raised, but @Sukanta_Biswas' reply that the game has had several problems lately is helpful and I suspect it could be related. So, thank you @kiara_wael

To update, I'm now unable to play on mobile at all. As soon as I open the game, the Chocolate Box's grayed out Continue button now appears right away. I urge you to elevate this matter to King ASAP.

Update: New day, same persistent error.

Hope the team is working hard at resolving it soon.

Am I the only one experiencing it? Surprised no one else has mentioned it.
