Unknown person in my game

Question

Hi support,

I think my game have bug where there unknown person or AI in my weekly game and the score is ridiculous where there once they score about 500 level

may i know if you can get rid of this AI inside my game cause if they keep scoring at 500 level there no point of you do the weekly score attached is the example as the weekly just past 3 days the AI is already cleared 75 level that ridiculous.

I hope I have a reply on this cause I been submitting a lot of time.

I suspect it's a real player. I managed over 300 levels once in my weekly race and I played quite leisurely. Some mad person trying to win the Summer Cup competition and playing all day could do 500. I know this doesn't solve your issue, but I have heard of another player with a similar complaint who suddenly found that after complaining here their nuisance player had disappeared from their game. I hope this will happen to you. They do reshuffle players in the weekly race every now and then. Good luck.
