This is what I am seeing for level 4999:
As my colleague said - there doesn’t appear to be any ‘ monster’ in this level. Can you please verify the level you are talking about.

I checked level 4999 but I didn't find any monsters there that can frustrate you. There are crystal cases in some places on the game board that you were already familiar with from level 4600. Can you check the level again, if that level is 5000 ie your monster was a frog as below?
If your monster isn't a frog I'd appreciate a screenshot from you just to be a little more sure.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
