Gold bars not transferring with iPhone upgrade

Hi,

I just upgraded my iPhone today and transferred everything including my game apps.

My Candy Crush progress and all of my boosters moved over just fine, but my profile pic changed and my cache of gold bars didn’t transfer. I had 142!!

I did not purchase them but I worked very hard to earn them. I can still see them on my old phone. Can you please help me transfer them?

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Gold Bars should reload in your game.

If the Gold Bars still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page

Not getting my deserved goldbars
I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
