Why are there no ads for rewards I've been playing for weeks no ads no rewards to help with passing the level FIX IT PLEASE

Yup I'm playing no rewards no ads I quit
wow, no wonder people I know stop playing this game. Pretty crappy, people who don’t spend any money get more rewards than those that do,! WOW
No it just stopped showing ads and giving rewards
Did you spend money on anything in CandyCrush? That is usually the reason why they remove ads from player's games.
The ads have always been there with rewards now all of sudden nothing that goes for both games

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
