I’ve tried the troubleshooting suggestions. Cannot connect to the store for candy crush saga. Message says do not uninstall but to restart. No access to my gold bars or the weekly challenge (I am well in the lead).

Also still no golden tickets for the candy crush soda for the past week. I’ve completed quite a few hard levels yet no offers.

    Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!

    I did all of this and it’s still not working. Now for both candy crush and soda. It’s telling me not to uninstall and to restart. I’ve restarted many times.

    Is it possible something is wrong with the apps? This seems very sudden. I have lots of boosters that I have paid for/earned and can’t use. Is this not player support? I only see articles when I go to the help center. Can you send them this message?
