I have never seen a purchase list in my game, all I have at the bottom of my game it the shop. I guess you'll need to check your google or Apple (or whatever) account to find out about your purchases in the past, or keep an old fashioned written record yourself. However, King do have a list of your transactions on their server, so THEY know what you have bought. If in doubt about a purchase contact them.
