When i dont finish a game the app try to connect without find and i cant have help for finish the game
It may depend what device you are playing. For me this works on mobile: Close the game. Check I have good internet. Open game. Game will then load using internet. Trying to open the shop at the bottom will show if you are connected to the internet. If it opens to offer purchases you are connected. Keep your internet connection while playing. It sounds like you got disconnected during the level or were never connected.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
