Timed booster

Question

Why does the timer start on my timed boosters even when I have not hit to claim them when the claim button screen pops up? Has happened to me about 8 times now. I wasn't ready to claim it yet. I was waiting for more lives first but when I go back to claim the time booster it gone. Why have a claim button if we're forced to claim it right then?

Yes, I agree that is really annoying! It's always been like that since I remember, once you get the pop up the timer starts even if you don't press "claim". I don't know which event this happened to you, but I think now with the new chocolate box it's got worse. The old one you had to go into events to claim, so if you didn't have enough lives you could wait. Now it just starts. The game just gets worse and worse.....
