Contact King customer services from within the app. Go to settings in the app, then the ? icon and go through the question choices until you get "contact us" at the bottom. If you get an automated email that is not helpful reply to that. I find customer services contacted this way very helpful. They ought to credit the gold to your account because they have your purchase history.
