I just started the game and you're giving us no possible moves?? What the * candy crush? It is not our fault it is your fault that we don't have possible moves. *

    Depending on your point of view the situation you have encountered is either one of poor design or deliberate.

    Levels that fail without a player making a move due to the placement of the Win Streak boosters has been an issue for years. I think they used to be called 'Oops levels' but from your screenshot it looks like King has changed the error message.

    People hsve complained about this issue for years Hoyyyy, but King has done nothing to resolve it, so that is why a lot of people think the issue is deliberate. In fact a lot of people think the issue is targeted at those people with a large Win Streak. The thinking being that King wants people with a large Win Streak to use money to maintain their Streak when they encounter this issue.

    Not only do we no longer get any extra moves or much help but the number of moves has been reduced so that it is almost impossible to get the challenge without playing for days on each level. The level I am on now has dropped from 30 to 27 and now 23 moves. It just frustrates us and makes us want to quit. Definitely won’t be paying for anything extra.
