Why am I not receiving extra moves, lives and boosters?

I purchased gold bars spent 1.99 now I don’t get anything at all it’s all gone away. I don’t think that’s right I’ve been playing for a long time and it’s just not fun anymore. This has happened to alot of people from what I’ve read. I’m stuck on a level I absolutely can’t get past and I refuse to purchase again ever. Can you please fix my account to make it right again?

this is just not fair. Everyone should have a level playing field. Some levels can NOT be done without extras this is si annoying and frustrating

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
