Hi there and welcome to the community.
If you are out of gold by level 250 I strongly recommend you start again. Uninstall the app. Download it again. Choose a new login. Some players get much easier games than others, right from the start. You may get back to level 250 in a week or two. The way to play the early levels is to keep hold of your gold bars. You are given 50 at the start and then win some in the episode races. Do NOT spend any gold bars on anything in Candy Crush this early on. The game will eventually let you pass every level up to this point. I have tested this out numerous times. I do recommend you start again if you have no boosters or gold left at level 250.
