Level 1
The title message pops up every time I open Candy Crush. I am online, I have strong wifi signal, I have deleted cookies/history, and removed the game from my FB - and am on an entirely different (new) laptop - yet I still get this message!
The game does not show my rank on level completion, nor did it do the Autumn seasonal update. Any advice how to correct this?

I am sorry you are having this issue. The screenshot you provided actually is showing you need to accept the game’s terms. Were you able to do that?
From what you describe it sounds like you are able to play the game. Sometimes after clearing the cache etc., when you restart your device and reopen the game, you need to play a level or two to get the events to return. Also, I noticed I had an update for CCS yesterday so you want to make sure your game is up to date.
I don’t know what type of device you are playing on but if it’s a mobile device, you might try putting it in airplane mode and playing a level, then take it off and once you have a strong WiFi connection try playing another level.
I usually won’t get a notice from the game about being offline u less I am trying to do something like purchase more moves etc. and the game doesn’t think that I am connected.
I don’t know if any of my suggestions will help. If you still have issues, I would contact Player Support.

I accept the Terms every single time I open the game.Every.Time. I can play the game, it just somehow acts like I am playing offline. This has been going on for over a month, at least a hundred levels. I play on a second account; it got the Autumn Update, mine did not. I play on a laptop and have this tiny game screen as though I were on a phone. I have tried all the usual: delete cookies, shut down, restart; delete cookies, remove game from Facebook, shut down, restart. I even got a new laptop and did not bring cookies or history over.
