Sometimes, server issues or slow internet connection can cause our purchased items to appear a bit late in our game!! If that happens, you can try to close the game App and wait for few minutes and reopen the App, and you should find your purchased items👍️
By any chance, you did not receive the items, please send a complaint to King Player Support through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
If you are using mobile device, you can send complaint directly from your game --> Setting (Pink cog wheel) -- ? icon -- Purchases tab -- select the suitable option and send the complaint.
