Candy Crush took my money but did not give me gold bars

I am so confused as to how to report and who to report the paying for gold bars then not getting them. Then it said it looked like I had been hacked and did not take any money out but it did. I also lost the game. I had to go through all stupid stuff to get my account unlocked and now I have been charged $1.99 and did not get the gold bars. I tried dealing with Facebook which one article told me to do but they said I had to deal with the game but the link they sent me to is not the right one. SO can anyone help me? I am posting this here caz I have no idea where to post it.
