Not getting lifes since 3 weeks ago. Informed team but nothing done as yet. What should I do?

Sounds like you need to add some new friends. Since King removed the level ranking that included the Send Lives button people have stopped sending as many lives.

Make sure you ask for lives on a regular basis as well.

Also if you don't send lives when people request then then they are less likely to send you lives, so make sure you send lives as well
