For the second time in a row, it shows that I have one spot left, but there is no spot showing up on the board! I asked for help after it happened the first time and did everything it said to do, doesn’t seem to of helped! I have used all my lives and gotten more and lost those and I have used all my boosters twice. Can someone please help me

Hi there. We need to know which level you are playing and it would really help if you could post a screenshot. The word "spot" makes no sense to me here, could this be the translation? Please could you explain what you mean by "spot".

For us to be able to help you, you will have to provide more details... for example, which level you are playing; when you said "spot" - did you meant "Jelly" or is it a Gummy Dragon?
