Can I reinstall CCS and not loose my progress? I tried all the TS steps but I am still getting “connection issues “ and cannot even enter the online store. I am ready to uninstall for good
Oh! Got it👍️ There are multiple ways to contact the King Player Support team!
1) Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" tab;
2) Through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
3) If you are using a mobile device, then you can send the complaint directly from your game --> Click on the "Settings" (Pink Cog wheel) -- ? icon -- Scroll down till you see "My Purchases" -- Select "Do King games have in-App purchases (most relevant choice I thought) -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- Fill out the from and Submit.

Are you having issues with the "Store", where you make purchases?
If so, reinstalling might not resolve the issue! But, you will have to contact the King Player support team. Did you already contact them?
And, if you have already saved your game either through Facebook or Kingdom account, your progress will not be lost.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
