Rank tag above my avatar is not updated.

I have been a Candy Crush player over the past 10 years, may be more, and I am now facing a problem in recent time. My Candy Crush rank above my avatar is not updated, although I am currently at 14000, but my rank displays 10000. Please help me out with this problem as soon as possible. Here are some screenshots:

Kiara means "replay", not reply. You need to scroll back to level 14,000 and play it again, it's fun and easy to pass. You ought to then get that banner updated.
