They want you to use boosters to pass this one. At level 270 you should have some boosters left, or some gold to buy boosters with (not real money, you should not spend real money on this game). If you are out of gold and boosters this early on delete the game and if you want to play again start again at the beginning and keep your gold and boosters for the blocker levels like this one.
