I am sorry to hear that you are having issue with one of the Advertisements!!
From how long have you been experiencing this glitch? Many players had experienced this issue few weeks ago! But, it was fixed and the game/Ads should be working properly now!!
Can you check if there are any updates in your App store/Google Play Store? If there are any available, please download the latest version and see if it resolves the issue.
If it doesn't and still the issue pops-up in the game, post back and let me know and I will report to our Candy Community In-chargeποΈ

Hi thanks to get me back, I have about 2 weeks with this issue and just 1 of ads with this sign π€ goes frozen and did all updates and restart and clean my memory too,and also since hunter changed to sweet cinema I didn't get any treat just maybe 3 or 4 time in last a few weeks!
