I guess this is one of those levels that penalises players on the top win streak. I suspect the win streak boosters blocked the spaces that should have been taken up by other candies on the starting board. I can see your colour bombs on your screenshot. Those then cannot be matched with the liquorice, so you get what we used to call an "oops" board. Of course you will pass next time when you play it without boosters. I don't think King are in a rush to fix these glitches and they may even be deliberate to stop top win streaks.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced in your game!!
It was already reported to the Candy game studio and they are working on to fix this glitch!! Let me find out if there is an update on it.
But, sorry for not bringing any good news!! Unfortunately, your win streak is lost now, and it cannot be replaced!! Until this glitch is fixed, we have to bear it and there are no other options🙁

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
