This morning I completed a challenge. The game froze on the screen in my photo and my gold bars never loaded. How can I get my reward?

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your share of Gold Bars from Candy Royale event!!
You will have to report and send a complaint to the King Player Support team. Click on this Green lettered link to open the form --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
While filling the form, please follow below steps👇️
You will be receiving an automated message, which is an acknowledgement that the King has received your complaint. Please wait for 3 to 5 days to hear back from an actual agent. If you did not hear from anybody till then, send a reply through the automated email you have received on the first day.
Depending on how busy they are, it could be a delayed process. If you did not receive a reply, don't give up or get frustrated... but, keep sending a reply every other day and remind them that you still need help.
NOTE: Please do not send more than one complaint (by filling the form)! It will only delay the process.
