My gold bars rewards weren’t added

This morning I completed a challenge. The game froze on the screen in my photo and my gold bars never loaded. How can I get my reward?

Candy Crush must have fixed the glitch because my game reloaded and the gold bars are there now. Thanks again!!!

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your share of Gold Bars from Candy Royale event!!

You will have to report and send a complaint to the King Player Support team.  Click on this Green lettered link to open the form --> https://soporto.king.com/contact

While filling the form, please follow below steps👇️

* After filling your name, game name, etc., select the option "Events or Features Issues" at "Choose a Topic" area;
* Select "I didn't receive my reward" at "choose a Subtopic" area.
* At "Tell us what you need" area, start with your game ID number, and explain the issue briefly. 
* Submit the form;

You will be receiving an automated message, which is an acknowledgement that the King has received your complaint.  Please wait for 3 to 5 days to hear back from an actual agent.  If you did not hear from anybody till then, send a reply through the automated email you have received on the first day.

Depending on how busy they are, it could be a delayed process.  If you did not receive a reply, don't give up or get frustrated... but, keep sending a reply every other day and remind them that you still need help.

NOTE: Please do not send more than one complaint (by filling the form)!  It will only delay the process.
