I can't create a King Account

Hi, I have been playing Candy Crush for a few years now and my phone started being slow when playing the game so I decided to change my smartphone. I never made a King Account to save my progress.

The problem I have now is when trying to make an account to save my progress on my old phone I have this error message that says "connection problem" I checked and my wifi is connected and tried to login on Facebook to save it there but the same problem appears.

I'm on level 4307 and don't want to lose the progress what can I do?

Hi,

I let it rest this weekend and wanted to try again today but for now I have the same problem, it still says that there is a connection problem.

What other options do I have?

I let the app and the phone rest this weekend and tried again tonight but I still seem to have the same problem as before.

Is it still a problem from the servers or what else could I do?

I really wish to keep my levels on my new phone.

There was a temporary issue on King Servers till this late afternoon (European time), which caused connection issues for many!! May be that might have caused the connection error in your game too🤔🤔

I want you to try something…. Close the App and turn off your phone — wait for few minutes and turn it back on and reopen the Candy Crush App — Now, try to create the King account. Hopefully, it should work now. Adding steps on how to create a King account, provided by our Community Team (click on the green lettered link)

I bought my new smartphone a few days ago while I was adding all my other apps and since yesterday I have been trying but the same problem stays.

I was trying to create an account on the old phone to login on the new one and co tinge the progress.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
Gift card rewards
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
Why is it like this
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
Connecting to services
The game frequently disconnects from the internet even though there's no problem and the speed is over 8 Mbps. The game disconnects to prevent me from spending gems or paying for ads. Please compensate me for my losses.
