Sorry to hear that your Gold Bars were missing from your game!!
Do you remember that you did not spend them on any boosters or lives or extra moves? In King games, even if we accidentally click on to buy any of those items, the Gold Bars will be deducted and the item will be added to our game!! Unfortunately, we do not have a "Confirm" button while using the Gold Bars!!
If you are sure that you did not use any of your Gold Bars, you will have to contact the King Player Support and send them a complaint.
If you are using a computer, you can send the complaint through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
If you are using mobile devices or the App version on your computer, you can send the complaint through the game itself --> The Pink Cogwheel (Settings) -- ? icon -- Select an appropriate option from the list appears and send the complaint.
