Why are the ads not working or they get interrupted thus I can't get my rewards

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the Ads!!
Can you please explain a bit more about what interruption you are experiencing? Is it a Black screen or after watching Ads, the screen won't respond but freezes or is it something else? The more details you can give, the better understanding we have!!
