Why when i change new hp all my reward missing..can you fix it when i go through with email for login

When we change our devices, it is natural to lose all our boosters and Lives. The reason being, only our level progress and the Gold Bars will be transferred but not the boosters and lives received from friends.
If you still have your old laptop, you can play the game and use up all those boosters and then come back to new computer. Unfortunately, there is no other workaround for this!!
Note: If you have purchased any of your boosters with real money, you can contact King Customer Support team and request for reimbursement. Please let me know if you need help with that.
