My gold bars are not being added
This is my 2nd time having an issue w gold bars earned not being added to my game
I deleted the app previously and started all over again losing my levels
Ive restarted my phone and it didn’t help
It seems like the higher the level the bars earned don’t get added to the game
Why is this happening and where are my gold bars I’ve earned -I don’t want to restart losing my place /level

Were you supposed to receive those Gold Bars after winning an Episode Race or the Candy Royale event?

I would like to inform few things about the issue you had...
** When you do not receive the rewards from any of the events, it could be because of the weak internet on your side or due to the server issues on King side. You should not reinstall your game because of this glitch, as it will cause to lose all our saved boosters and lives received from friends.
It is not your fault that you did not receive the Gold Bars. You will have to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about the issue.
** You said when you did not receive the reward, you deleted the App and started all over again!! Did you not save the game either though Facebook or through King account? If you did, you won't be losing your level progress of your game and, you can play on multiple devices - from where you left off!!
** "The higher level we are, the bars won't get added to the game" -- that is not correct!! Like I said above, there might have been a glitch/weak connection which would cause the issue. But, whenever you did not receive the rewards that you are supposed to, contact the Player Support and seek their help.
** "Why is this happening and where are my gold bars I’ve earned -I don’t want to restart losing my place /level" --> If you save your game progress, you do not have to lose your level/place, even if you have to reinstall the App due to any glitches!!
