Why can't I use my 184 gold bars

After months of no ads, I am happy that I have them back. I have 184 gold bars but I can't use them. It says Connecting to Ap store and nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
