If your game is connected to the server and you have completed the episode race then retry any level of the racing episode to see if the reward pops up.
Also you mentioned that you provided a screenshot but it didn't upload so can you try uploading the screenshot again so we can understand why the problem is happening?

Your screenshots are interesting. I can definitely see that something has gone wrong here with your Champion Race but I am afraid I can't offer any advice other that maybe to contact Customer Support. You might not get any of the moderators to find your post here. I'll try to tag @PummyRaj can you help with this? I have never seen anything like this in my game. I always have different player avatars to compete with in each Champions Race.
Yes, please help me with issue.I haven't received gold rewards from level 1310. Currently I'm on level 1467. It's frustrating, even tried reinstalling but issue still there. I lost all my booster because of reinstalling. Kind of losing interest in the game because of this.

This is an automated message, it's useless. But you could try to reply to it by typing in the space "Please type your reply above this line". Personally I prefer to contact King from within the App. Go to Settings in the App and then click on the ? icon, scroll though the questions until you get to see "contact us" at the bottom. You can send an email and when you get an automated email back, reply to this and send in your screenshot evidence as well. That might work.
