I had a candy crush account with my personal email.my daughter also uses the same device for her account with a different email.we switch back and forth for our individual account. Today when i log in my account isnt showing my own progress, rather it is showing my daughters account progress. I was about 6500+ levels in the game. Now i have lost my progress. Please i would appreciate any help, how can i get back my original progress?

Your game will saved if connecting to Facebook or King Account
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
