Any trouble moving candies mine won't move

You can match 4 purple candies by moving up the green crandy
The four circled purple candies are flashing as if this is the suggested move. But clearly I can’t move the candies that are sugar-coated. Why does the game suggest moves that are not possible?

Why do I get suggested moves that can’t be done? The flashing candies that are a suggested move cannot be done due to the coating! I end up having to quit because I can’t do anything. So frustrating!
This level has sugar coating. You can NOT move any candies out of the coating, but you can move candies into the sugar coat, which will remove it. Check out how Johnny Crush does it in this video. So on his first move there are four green candies in the top two rows which ought to make a match and create a striped candy in the process. But Johnny cannot move the green candy on the second row up. However he can move the blue candy on the top row down to make that same match.

Can you please provide a screenshot for me to understand what's going on? I will try to check the level! But, it is a scroll down of 10,000 levels... so, it might take a while for me to get back to you 😅

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
