SO I GO TO CHECK MY BALANCE IN MY CARD ONLY TO FIND THAT THIS GAME TOOK $30.00 OFF MY CARD. I'M ON A FIXED INCOME. WHEN EMAILING KING WHOEVER THEY SAID THEY DON'T TAKE MONEY OFF UNLESS IT AUTHORIZED. WELL I KNOW I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE IT AND NOBODY USES MG PHONE. IT'S RIDICULOUS TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE THAT. I'M GET FRUSTRATED OVER THE WHOLE THING🙄😭😢😥

First of all, I would suggest you to contact your Credit card company and stop the payment. Then, contact the King Customer Support and send them a complaint about the charges you did not authorized!!
I have not heard about it! But, I have seen few complaints about double charge due to system glitch!! But, not to worry! King Player Support will take care of it. But, please contact your Credit Card company first and we will talk later about how to contact the King team.
