Hi @QueenB I know you are not back until Monday but I am sending this while I have the time. For the past 2 Episodes the race flag has been showing, but on playing nothing registers to show the race. This has happened on Episodes starting 15066 and 15081. It now keeps showing the race will start on the next level but it doesn't, as shown on my screenshots below. Is this being done on purpose or is there a fault with the system. This was a possibility of 90 gold bars gone out of the window.

On the topic there was another complaint about this. I'll link it. And it ain't the one Kiara posted, what was the use of that....... Check out the more recent posts on this one especially the screenshots posted by @dashiellbrown
Hi @christinewupp thanks, both for knowing and loving Marvin Gayes records and for showing other comments relating to what I had put. I will be interested to see if QueenB responds on Monday with a proper reason.
Hi @kiara_wael what you sent me hasn't had any new comments for over 3 months and mainly talks about passing Episodes where you can see you've passed and not received gold bars, that isn't my issue. Anyway surely that would have been sorted by now, no probably not, what was I thinking.

I saw similar complaint by another player, but they were in different episode. I have reported about it.
We will have to wait till QueenB comes in on Monday! @cookiemae said she sent a complaint about it, but it didnβt help much!! I am thinking they cannot help with this issue!!
I do not know if it is affecting all players or only the players that have crossed Level #15,000 π€π€

Thanks @PummyRaj as I'm sure you know, this has happened so many times before so it's not as such a new problem. But it is something that needs to keep getting reported on as it shouldn't be happening. Yes again we moan when the race flag isn't showing, but then it's our decision to play or not, knowing on those occasions that gold won't be available. But to show the flag then not get the race is so wrong. Player Support should be passing complaints to the team that deals with this side of things, not just saying they can't help.
Anyway good luck with your next 500+ levels, hope you manage to get a few gold bars on the way, you'll need them. π
I donβt think they said βthey cannot helpβ! And yes, of course! When there are multiple complaints about an issue, they do report to the Candy Studio! But unfortunately, just like us, the PS team also has to wait till Monday as none of the Kingsters work on the weekends!
As for the complaint @cookiemae sent yesterday, I have asked for more details in the other thread. I hope she will get a chance to reply backπ€
Thank you for the wishes! I do need them ππΌ I have been spending lot of my Gold bars in each episode! For every race, we earn 45 GB, but the GB I spent to win 15 levels is a lot moreπ³
@Carol-38 the complaint about the Episode Race not starting, but giving a message that says it will start on the next level that you play is as old as the hills and can't/won't be fixed by King. Being near to the end of the map causes issues for the Episode Race because, as you know, it is based on the performance of people that have already completed the levels that you are playing.
The problem started on the release of level 10,000 and has been occurring ever since.

Thanks Alienscar yes you're right I do know that, and you know I have commented on it many times. As I said to PummyRaj it isn't a new issue but I will keep pointing it out. As I said again to PummyRaj if a flag isn't showing it's then our choice if we want to play knowing we won't get the necessary gold. I am waiting for @QueenB to respond with the best reason the Studio can give her.

QueenB has reported about the issue this morning to the Studio. She felt that all the details you guys have provided will help the Studio to investigate π
