Why can't I access the App Store

Question

After changing my phone device I am not available to acess the app store through  the phone

I have account in Facebook. I saved the game... I lost all boosters in the phone and the app store is not available but if I play in the Facebook app I can do it.

How do I manage this?

Yes. I only cannot access the App Store. Let's say that when you are at 6725 level sometimes is very hard to proceed withou extra help.

This happened since I have a new mobile phone. but if I play in Facebook app (in PC) this does not happen.

I have saved my account, I disconnected, I reisntalled the game ( and I lost all boosters)

Its a mess.

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to access the Store in your game!

Are you experiencing issues with just the Store?  All other features working fine and no connection issues?
