I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! You will have to contact the King Player Support team to help you out!
You can send your complaint directly through the "Help Center" in your game --> click on the Pink cogwheel on game home screen (settings) -- click on the ? icon -- Go to "My Game Progress" under Popular topics -- select the 2nd option -- scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" -- fill the form and submit your complaint.
The first response you receive is an automated email which is not a response, but just an acknowledgement.
