Help I went to purchase at the end of a tricky level and it froze I had to exit the game and lost the win streak .... very annoyed and it's not the first time it's happened. Can you fix this?
Hi, I am very aware that if you loose a level you have to restart the thing was I purchased to gain extra moves it just kept on the rotating screen but took the money from my account when I eventually logged out and back in again the bars where there but I lost the streak
Then today my account was debited twice and I only made one purchase. I think this is why I stopped playing last time.

I am sorry to hear that the events are missing from your game!!
I am not sure what "3 day event" is? Is it the 1st part of "Pot of Gold" event?
To get the events back, please try these steps --> Force close the game - turn off your device - turn it on again after few minutes - reopen the game -- play any level(old or new) - come back to game map screen and see if the events are back.

The events I was in are no longer showing, and the3 day that I won is not there, my week event is missing to, it was bad enough when the gold bars I won , did not show up in my account, this is to much. If you don’t want me to play, just freeze my account.

Unfortunately, our Win Streak is lost when we lose a level!! But, you can try to contact the King Player Support and see if they can help with anything...
If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game --> Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Settings) from game Home Screen -- click on the ? icon -- select Purchases -- select an option that is suitable for you -- and send your complaint.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
