Why you have an event that takes bars from the player

We work hard to play this game and get the bars to play even better so why would you create this event that takes bars if they lose the game something we play to earn and stay up with the game. On top this we are forced to play the event without an option not to play which is controlling and deceptive

Hi there. I do think you must have misunderstood something in the game as there is no event which takes gold bars away in Candy Crush. Your gold total is shown at the top of your map screen. Does it REALLY ever go down unless you spend gold? Which event makes your gold tally go down?
