I have been playing for a long time and 485 gold bars and they are ALL GONE
I turned off the phone and turned it back on and nothing. I played another level and nothing has been restored not 1 gold bar came back and my 18 win streak is GONE. I lost the desire the play this game I will be honest
Hello again @topo123🙋♀️ I forgot to ask you earlier... did you try the troubleshooting steps?
If not, please try these steps first --> close the App - turn off the device - turning it back after few minutes - reopen the App - play a level (new or old & win or lose) - go back to the Map screen and see the Gold Bars get back into the game!!
I completely understand and I would be upset too if I have lost that many Gold Bars!!
I am happy to know that your level progress and boosters are intact. You can send a complaint to the King Player Support about your missing Gold Bars.
If you can tell me which device you are using, I will be able to give you steps to contact them👍️
Yes I only lost my gold bars and I worked so hard to earn my bars. This is very disappointing and I feel like not even playing anymore if I don’t get my gold back. This makes me very sad

Did you make sure to log-in with your regular account details? Is your level progress and everything else is same and you have lost only the Gold Bars?
