Why can't I aceed to the actualizations of the game?

I don't receie any notificações on the game. I have money but I can not buy anything whith, and, when I try, I have só Kindle of message like:

" Ops! Is not you, are us! Something goes wrong, came back later and try again"

I don't receie any chance to got some Kind of help.

Is not the fist tive tha I complain, please say in mymessages. Thank's.
